The ‘FAIR’ Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship form the focus of an article in the Nature journal Scientific Data an open-access, peer-reviewed journal for descriptions of scientifically valuable datasets. The four principles — Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Reusability — provide a guideline for data producers and publishers to enhance the reusability of scientific data.
