The LEARN consortium is composed by 5 partners with a special focus on research libraries, four of them in Europe: University College London, LIBER (European Association of Research Libraries), Universitat de Barcelona, University of Vienna; together with the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean – UN-ECLAC, based in Santiago de Chile.
